Helping Young People Battling With Mental Health Challenges

About
The
Charity

We are a UK charity dedicated to supporting young people overcome mental health challenges through engagement with the natural environment and sport.

Covering Dorset and Hampshire, and working in partnership with local organisations including HHOEC (Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre), we receive numerous referrals from the care community and service providers to help support vulnerable young (12+) people with mental health challenges.

Outdoor activities, sport and engagement with nature have proven to help young people with these challenges by increasing their activity levels, developing new skills, interacting with a wider range of young people and adults whilst feeling safe in the natural environment.

If you, or someone you support, would like to take part in our activities, please visit our Signposting page for further information.

With such high demand for the services we fund, we need to grow to provide more opportunities for these young people needing our support.
